Exporting a Virtual Machine With VMware vSphere client

Using VMware vSphere Client

  1. Select the virtual machine you want to export

  2. Navigate to File → Export

  3. Choose Export OVF Template

Using Web Interface

  1. Select the target virtual machine

  2. Right-click on the VM

  3. Go to Template in the context menu

  4. Select Export OVF Template
