Prerequisites

VMware vCenter Converter Standalone must be installed on the source machine.
Conversion Steps

Launch VMware vCenter Converter Standalone and click "Convert machine".

Select Source Machine:

Choose "Powered on" (for remote machines) or "This local machine" (if converting the current system).
Specify Destination Type:

Select "VMware Workstation or other VMware virtual machine".

To prevent network conflicts during conversion, uncheck the "Connect at power-on" option for all network adapters.

Follow the prompts to finalize settings and start the conversion process.
Open the resulting virtual machine in VMware Workstation Pro.
Export the VM to OVF format (refer to the relevant article if needed).
