Basic Performance Questionnaire when applying to a ticketing system

If you experience any problems while working with the systems in the cloud, you should contact the technical support through the ticket system, providing the list of information necessary for processing the request and for better feedback from the CLOUD4U technical support.

B1. What kind of problem is observed and what is the frequency of the problem?

B2. In what time intervals was the problem observed, specify the date and time of the problem, if necessary, provide screenshots of the system boot from "Task Manager" (Windows) or htop (Linux), or screenshots of errors that occurred while working in the guest OS.

B3. Have you made any changes to the configuration of the cloud or a particular VM? Has any new software been installed?

Answering these questions will help to better understand the problem and help to resolve it faster.
