If you notice any problems while working in the cloud, you need to contact the technical support through the ticket system, specifying the list of information necessary for processing the request and better feedback from the CLOUD4U technical support.
It is necessary to get the information on the Basic Questionnaire beforehand.
P1. Was the problem observed in the whole cloud or in a specific VM? If it is a specific one, specify the name of a VM in the cloud infrastructure, including the name of the virtual data centre (vDC) where the VM is located.
P2. Has the quantitative load on the end VMs increased? Have you increased the number of connected users, the volume of incoming requests or the volume of I/O operations?
P3. What functions does this VM perform (web server, database server, application server, server 1c, etc.)?
P4. Has there been any pre-optimisation of the operating system and end application operation?
Answers to these questions will help to better understand the problem and speed up its resolution.
