How to add users for RDP

To create users with the ability to connect via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) you need to  do the following:

Open computer control. For example, with the right-click the Start icon - select the computer control.

Go to the local user panel – right-click users - new user

Fill in the fields, User - username, Password - create a stable password (we recommend not less than 8 characters), enter it and confirm. If you wish, put a tick - password validity period is not limited. OK .

Next, the created user needs to assign a group of remote desktops so that he can connect to the remote desktop.

Select the created user, right-click - open the properties.

Open the tab group membership - click add - more.

Click the search and look for Remote Desktop Users group - select it - OK

Apply - OK.

Done. The User is created.
