Connecting to the mailbox via the web interface

Instructions for the operation of a mailbox through the Web interface

You can work with your mailbox using the web interface (Outlook Web Access) from any browser.

1. To connect to the corporate mailbox via the Web interface (Outlook Web Access), enter the address in the address bar for the browser https://mail.flexcloud.ru.

  You will see the page Outlook Web App.

2. In the window that appears, you must enter the email address and password that you should receive from your service provider:

    2.1. In the field Emailaddress enter your email address, for example kilia@rostovgaz.ru.

    2.2. In the field Password enter the password.

    2.3. Press Sign In.



3. If you enter your web interface mailbox for the first time, a window for selecting the interface language and time zone will appear:

    3.1 In the field Language select the interface language you need from the list;

    3.2 In the field TimeZone select the time zone you need from the list (note that the time offset is indicated relative to the prime meridian);

    3.3 Press Save.

The working area of ​​your mailbox will appear on the screen. In which you can work with your mail in the same way as in the Microsoft Ourtlook program.
