1. To create a new mailbox, open the control panel FlexCloud on http://panel.flexcloud.ru:9001 using administrator credentials.
2. In the appeared window choose Mailboxes
3. In the appeared window choose NewMailbox
4. In the appeared window "CreateNewMailbox" fill in all the fields, обведенные красным и нажать кнопку "CreateMailbox"
You must enter your username in the field "FirstName", and surname "LastName". The field "DisplayName" - the name displayed in email messages and address book will be generated automatically, but it can be edited. English is recommended for full compatibility with external email systems.
In the field "EmailAddress" you must enter the new user email. Usually the following format is used Name.Surname@youdomain.ru, for example Alexey.Ivanov@mail.ru or the first letter of the name and a surname Aivanov@mail.ru. Email addresses must me unique.
In the field "Password" you must enter the password and re-enter it in the field "ConfirmPassword". The password should be of 7 to 20 symbols and contain capital, small letters as well as numbers and special signs.
By default leave the mailbox type as "UserMailbox"
In the field "MailboxPlan" chose mailbox size. Possible options are MB-1GB, MB-2GB,MB-10GB,MB-20GB,MB-50GB.
5. After pressing "CreateMailbox" you mailbox will be created and you will be able to edit the adittional preferences, such as adding to a mail group, connection settings, access rights and etc.
6. The changes take place after pressing "SaveChangesandExit" .
